Did he really go out with the guys tonight?

There is no way to be 100% sure unless you follow him or hire someone to follow him.

1. He Strays From His Normal Everyday Behavior.

After spending time with him for a number of months or maybe years, you know his typical daily behavior. You know how he acts and reacts in certain situations, and when he acts differently there might be reason for concern.

2. Improved Appearance / Weight Loss.

If he suddenly starts working out and eating a better diet, that could be a sign that he is trying to look more attractive to someone. Maybe it's you, but more than likely it's for someone else.

3. Sneaky phone or computer use.

Guys having an affair tend to use their phones and computers more regularly. If his phone and laptop never had a password before, and now they do, that’s a sign that they are hiding something from you. If he suddenly starts deleting texts and clearing the browser history regularly, that is an indication they don't want you to see something. If he never leaves his phone sitting around anymore and takes the phone with him even though he's only going to the fridge to get a beer, that’s not a good sign either. If you ask to see his phone, and he refuses, that is a clear indication he is hiding something you wouldn't approve of. Honestly, what could he possibly be hiding?? Call him out on it if you suspect.

4. Can't Reach Him By Phone.

If he's cheating, he's less likely to answer his phone. He may not respond to text messages either. He might make excuses for this behavior, like he was in a meeting, or he was driving.

If your partner is unreachable more often than not, this is an indicator he is up to no good.

5. He's Less / More Interested In Sex.

If your man has been less interested in have sex with you, this can be a sign he's getting sex elsewhere. Less sex happens when your he is interested in another woman. If by chance he is showing more interest in you than normal and is introducing new sex positions or fetishes, this might be an indication he learnt these new positions from the other woman.

6. He Accuses You For Having An Affair.

Cheating guy's tend to rationalize their behavior. They do this to push the blame onto you.

He will question your whereabouts and who you been with. He will challenge your answers.

A guilty cheater will try to deflect his guilt by accusing you of the same offence.

7. He's Working Late or Has To Travel.

If all the sudden, he needs to work late..... But he never usually works late. If this starts to happen more often, he may be spending his time with someone else. If he has never had to travel for business, and suddenly tells you that he will be away for a few days, that could be a sign that he is cheating on you. Car troubles, traffic, at a friend's house, and similar excuses for being late also signal a cheater.

8. His Friends Seem To Act Strange Around You.

With cheating, you, the cheated on person, are nearly always the last one to find out what is going on. His friends often know he's cheating and know all the hot, steamy details.

This info typically causes his friends to feel uncomfortable around you. His friends might try to avoid you or try to avoid eye contact when face to face or be overly nice to you. They may avoid conversations about your relationship, and may try to change the subject.

9. The Spark Has Faded.

Being in a relationship for a long time can have it's ups and downs and it's never as intense as it was in the beginning. That said, we do get comfy with each other and over time, learning to trust one another with our deepest secrets and desires, as well as other important aspects of life. This is know as emotional intimacy. Emotional intimacy is what keeps couples together after the spark has dimmed. If your man suddenly seems less emotionally vulnerable and less intimate with you, that’s a strong indication that their interest has shifted to another partner. 

10. Unexplained Expenses / Missing Money.

If you have joint accounts and there are odd charges on your credit cards, or there is suddenly less money in your bank accounts, investment accounts, etc., that’s a possible sign of he's spending the money on somebody else. If you decide to confront him about these expenses, and the excuse seems to be untruthful, you are likely correct. Cheating costs money. Gifts, trips, wine and dinners, booze and hotel rooms all cost money and the likelihood that your man is paying for it is almost certain. The costs of an affair can add up quickly. If you see large cash withdrawals or evidence of purchases from places you rarely or never buy from or online purchases you never see, that’s not a good sign.

Your guy could display all 10 of these signs and still not be sneaking around town. But these signs remain indicators that something is wrong in your relationship. He might not be cheating, but there is almost certainly something that you and him need to discuss. At the same time, he could be exhibiting none of these signs and still be having an affair. Either way, infidelity does not automatically signal the end of your relationship. It simply means your partner has a lot of work to do if they want to restore the relationship trust and make things right.
